| Delivery PolicyDelivery is between 3-10 working days. All Sunbury Nursery furniture have an 8 week delivery date as they are made to order. In some circumstance delivery may be delayed, in such instances you will be notified and given the exact delivery date. If you are in need of an item urgently please note this in the comments section of your order upon check out or simply ring our office and we will do our very best to assist you. Please see shipping for delivery charges Delivery CostDelivery will be calculated automatically once you have finalised your order. As an incentive to try before you commit we are offering free delivery for any order under AUD$20.00. To ensure efficiency and security our orders are delivered by Couriers, Interstate Carriers or Australia Post depending on location. For orders that are to be delivered to a hospital or work location your order will require a signature on delivery. For all Hospital deliveries please ensure that you are aware of the day that Mum is leaving or being discharged from the hospital before sending anything to the hospital. All orders delivered to a residential address will require someone to be home, if not a calling card is left by our courier or Australia Post advising that a delivery was attempted and that the parcel is available for collection at the local Post Office or to contact the courier company to arrange another delivery time. Order TrackingEvery order made will generate an order number as soon as your order is received by our office we will then send you an email or letter confirming this number and a delivery date. You are able to call our office at any stage and quote your order number we are then able to track your order and help you with your query. |
